Deposits/Refunds:
Minimal deposit to secure your appointment and it goes toward your service.
*48 hour cancellation required for appointments and deposits will be refunded using original form of payment.
No call-No show/Late:
After 30 minutes, you must reschedule your appointment. After the first occurrence, we hold the right to request full payment for service at booking. Also, your absence in the form of no call no show represents a forfeiture of your deposit. Please be reminded that there are appointments before and behind yours.
*There are no refunds on styles, no exceptions.
Children:
Children are openly welcomed when being serviced. Client is responsible for child(ren) behavior and adherence to policies and procedures.
Culture of Respect:
YOU are my primary focus, and you will be serviced in a peaceful environment that represents honor and respect. Reciprocity is expected.
Communication:
1) Use a valid email and phone number at booking. Also, you MUST check the box if you want an SMS reminder of the booking 24 hours before appointment.
First-Time Clients:
1) You MUST complete the online waiver prior to your appointment to be serviced. (No exceptions.)
2) You MUST do a consultation prior to your appointment (In person or video). They cannot be done on the same day.
3) If you do not complete your consultation prior to Loc, Braids, or Chemical Services, your main appointment will be cancelled, and you will have to rebook.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Venmo.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, but appointments are preferred to ensure service.
Can I book my next appointment prior to leaving?
Yes, it is recommended. Booking in advance keeps you on track and aids in maintaining health and aesthetics.
Do you offer gift certifications or gift cards?
Yes
Booking:
Booking a service longer than 2 hours after 3:30 pm will require an after hour fee of $25. Individual braid extension services should be booked prior to 3:00 pm. After hour fee must be paid in full prior to arrival.
*No changing or alterations of booking style is permitted. Ensure you book for ALL services you require because I MUST respect all clients' time.
Do you furnish hair for extensions?
I do not provide any braiding hair. I sell extensions if you would like to purchase. Shop at my extensions store They should be purchased 10 days out prior to your install.
